How much does a hot desk cost?
A pay-as-you-go day is £30. Bundles bring the daily rate down: 4 days £90, 8 days £165, 12 days £235, or unlimited coworking for £290 per month. Coworking requires membership (£350/year or £40/month).
Can I try before I join?
Yes — book a free day pass and work with us for a full day, no strings attached. You can also book a tour of the facilities.
Where exactly are you?
Red Gables, Rothamsted, West Common, Harpenden AL5 2JQ — a 10-minute walk from Harpenden station, which is 30 minutes from London St Pancras.
Can I hire a meeting room without being a member?
Yes. Non-member rates apply — for example the 8-seat meeting room is £40 per hour or £250 per day (2-hour minimum for hourly bookings).
What's included with membership?
Access to the community and its networking and social events, member rates on coworking and rooms, business-grade Wi-Fi and complimentary tea and coffee when you work with us.
Do you have opening hours?
We're open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
